Safety barriers

Safety barriers are used to prevent vehicles to slip from the road, to prevent them to cross on the other driving lane and retention on the road. With this we can prevent or reduce injuries on passengers in vehicles, pedestrians or facilities along the road. Safety barriers need to be in accordance with Slovenian regulations SIST EN 1317-1 in SIST EN 1317-2. They are mounted by regulations TSC 02.210 : 2010 - safety barriers and mounting regulations.

This type of fences are intended for protection of roads against wild animals and other animals entering the road area, as well as fences on overpasses for protecting the traffic placed below them.
